Small Space Growing

Number one MUST GROW if you have a small garden space is the long bean. (This specific variety is the Chinese Red Noodle)

2 reasons why long beans are a must grow in a small space:

☝🏻They love to climb. If you can grow your garden vertically, it maximizes your garden space.

✌🏻Yowzers it produces a lot of food FAST since the beans are so long.

We use long beans the same way we use green beans.

I’ve raved about beans before and I’m going to do it again. 😁 Beans (like long beans) are wonderful because they can be eaten like a green bean. BUT, they can also be left on the vine and allowed to continue growing. This results in a dry bean that contains loads of protein. 👏🏻

If I could only grow one food in my garden, it would be beans since the same seed can be grown different ways resulting in different nutrients.
