PRESERVING FOOD - PRESSURE CANNING

My hope is you will feel comfortable and confident with pressure canning after this tutorial! There are many different types of pressure canners which makes it feel complicated to get started. The one we will be focusing on today has many safety mechanisms and precautions so you do not need to fear about putting a hole in the ceiling. The canners that are less expensive, around $100 or so, have less of these safety features so there is more room for error.

I recommend the All American pressure canner, especially if you are concerned at all about getting started with pressure canning. It is more expensive, but has many safety features to fool proof this process. See the tutorial above to learn more!
